Our merchant banking activities include investing alongside entrepreneurs, management teams and business owners to fund growth and pursue opportunistic development. Our firm was formed to provide the highest level of quality, professionalism and senior-level attention to a select group of clients and investments.
We conduct our securities business through our wholly-owned subsidiary, JDB Capital Securities LLC, a registered broker and member of FINRA and SIPC. All of our partners hold the Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

We seek relationships where the institutional capital can assist our clients in meeting their strategic objectives and ultimately increase enterprise value.
